ConvertNest includes both local browser tools and server-assisted AI tools:
- Browser tools: Processing happens directly on your device whenever supported.
- AI tools: Selected files may be securely uploaded to backend services and AI providers for processing.
We do not claim that every tool runs only in-browser. Tool behavior varies by feature.

- Hosting and infrastructure providers used to run the website and APIs
Data Retention
- AI-uploaded files are deleted within 24 hours.
- Contact form messages may be retained for support follow-up.
