ConvertNest is currently operated by an independent developer in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. The project is currently not a registered company entity and is being developed toward startup-scale operations.
Service Classification
- Browser-native utilities (local processing where supported)
- Server-assisted AI tools (OCR, caption generation, speech generation)
- Hybrid tools that combine local and cloud processing
Data Handling Baseline
- AI-uploaded files are deleted within 24 hours.
- Access is limited to operational, security, and troubleshooting needs.
- Production traffic is served over HTTPS.
- Users are encouraged not to upload unnecessary sensitive data.
Third-Party Processing
- Google Cloud services for AI and processing workloads.
- Google Analytics for traffic and performance analytics.
- Hosting and infrastructure services required to run website and APIs.
Program Readiness Statement
ConvertNest is actively preparing for startup and accelerator programs, including cloud-credit and AI ecosystem programs. Current legal and compliance pages are maintained to support transparent onboarding and due diligence.
User Safety and Acceptable Use
- No unlawful use, copyright abuse, or harmful-content generation.
- No attempts to exploit service limits or disrupt availability.
- Users remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publication or reliance.
